There was no prior notification about annual AC cleaning taking place, which is extremely unprofessional. The front desk provided no help or follow-up, leaving me unsettled during an already difficult time.

businesses, making it somewhat secluded. The friendly atmosphere among guests was nice, but the noise from the nearby highway and the AC unit's efficiency made for a mixed experience. Overall, it felt like a place to stay while adjusting to other options.
